Job Description

Support Office365 Application
Work with regional team members to provide excellent service to end-users throughout the service lifecycle Work with the team to develop continuous improvements, service efficiency and new strategies
Establish and maintain the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure issues/problems are resolved with compliance to standards, procedures, policies and regulations

Job Requirements

Knowledge in Office 365/2019 for Mac and Windows and its core applications
Office 365 enablement (Azure)
Office 365 online applications(Sway, PowerApps and Flow)
Knowledge in Microsoft Teams troubleshooting
