Mobile Security Architect

Job Description

You will be a member of the Enterprise architecture team responsible for ensuring that applications developed or procured has security built into the application. The end result of your effort will be applications that are secure-by-design and have preventive and detective security controls that are built from the ground up. Despite best efforts at security engineering, when breaches or security incidents are reported, you will be called upon to provide guidance and expertise to isolate, stop, mitigate and refine policies to prevent future attacks.

Job Requirements

Degree with minimum 12 years of working experience in IT with at least 10 years relevant information security working experience, especially in the mobile security space.
Professional mobile security certifications (CCP-M, GMOB, COMPTIA Mobility+, etc.,) preferred.
Knowledge of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, hacking and exploit methods etc.
Working knowledge of various enterprise mobility management suites of products such as Air watch, Sophos, InTune, etc.,
Expertise on using remote mobility solutions including Z Scaler, Citrix, Fortinet
Technical know-how of application-, device- and threat-management for mobile devices.
Utilize mobile device management, unified endpoint management, mobile threat defence, and other systems to protect the organization’s sensitive information.
Knowledge on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities on a wide range of devices and platforms.

Nice to Have:

Plan and carry out security measures in accordance with the organizations information security strategy in order to monitor and protect sensitive data and mobile devices from infiltration and cyber-attacks.
Implement security standards and best practices, and recommend security enhancements for mobile computing.
Monitor mobile computer infrastructure and devices for security breaches or intrusions.
Assist end-users with being compliant to security policies and to remediate instances of non-compliance.
Develop strategies to respond to and recover from vulnerabilities, security breaches, infiltrations and cyber-attacks.
Direct experience with Mobile Iron mobile device management software
Knowledge of mobile threat vectors, mobile threat detection tools, and mobile threat remediation
Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies within a mobile computing environment.
