Troubleshoot and perform diagnosis on the Issues/Problems/Defects/Batch Job Failures.
Provide workaround, corrective fixes or data patches for Incidents/Problems.
Take ownership of the Incidents/Problems tickets until resolved, and follow-up to ensure it is resolved within the SLA.
Work closely with users and vendor support to get the issue resolved based on the priority.
Work with vendor, IT teams and users, and assist in product release migrations and testing.
Monitoring and do health check on the application servers – when needed or in the absence of L1 support.
Monitoring all scheduled batch jobs and perform recovery for jobs failed – when needed or in the absence of L1 support.
Update the SOP or Application Runbook documentation.
Able to identify improvements, as part of BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
Ability and willingness to work within tightly controlled policies and procedures.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT industry on AML system.
Minimum 2 years with Actimize AML modules (RCM 5.12, AIS 4.23, SAM 8.5, CDD 2.5.0, WLF 3.4.2, UDM 3.9).
Experience using Actimize Visual Modeler and RCM Designer (DART, Alert/Case Type, Workflow, Alert/Case views etc).
Experience & proficient with SQL Server 2012 and above.
Experience & knowledge with Apache TomCat 8.0 and JDK.
